Great place to try out a broad selection of French wines and cheese. Neither is from the Auvergne  region which actually is a plus as so many restaurants in town offer great regional cusine. This is a place to find a more broad presentation of the French wine and cheese culture.. Very good pairings.

Les Petits Crus

It was a special celebration meal for us, and was made special. The staff were lovely, the atmosphere relaxed and the decor dramatic. The food from beginning to.end was creative, beautifully presented and each course an event in taste combinations. A hugecrange of wines. Highly recommended.

A little jewel in the quiet centre of Clermont Ferrand. V&eacute;ronique - le chef - rains in the kitchen where everything is cooked from scratch in the house. She uses one waiter - a very nice receptive lady &mdash; and their team is formidable! We ate today a pumpkin crumble, salmon and blanket de veau with fresh pasta and for desert: cr&egrave;me br&ucirc;l&eacute;e and drunk pear with salty caramel and black sesame ice-cream, To top up our experience today, we were offered a nice dry wine from&hellip; Auvergne and it was very goo with its gentle fruity notes. We spent for two with a 1/2 bottle of wine about &euro;45. Wholehearted commendations!

This is a great little restaurant in one of the back streets of Clermont Ferrand. It is run by the owner, Thierry, who is also the chef and the waiter. The menu is small, 3 starters, 3 mains and I think 3 desserts, but all freshly prepared and delicious. Thierry is delightful and very friendly. The white wine he suggested was excellent. You will need to book as he can only cater for a small amount as he is on his own, but you won&rsquo;t be disappointed.

Very good pizza, well made with quality ingredients.Hygiene is the issue !!The staff making the pizzas, are touching raw ingredients as well as using the till, touching money , the telephone etc WITHOUT washing their hands between food preparation and running the pizzeria, this is not good practice.

Nice place to share unique experience with beloved ones. You can choose the set of 6 or 4 wines with the same number of cheeses, and then decide what type of cheeses you prefer - strong, creamy or &ldquo;coup de c&oelig;ur of the place&rdquo;. You&rsquo;ll be given a small book to guide you on your tasting way, describing the cheese-wine pairs. The quality of products is on the high level and reflects the characteristics of the terroirs. Must visit for a dinner!

The owner was extremely knowledgable about his wines and cheeses, the selection was absolutely perfect. Thoroughly enjoys the evening which after delicious chocolate and wine was finished off with a tour of the cave where they organised wine based escape rooms. If we ever make it back to CF this will definitely be one of our favourite places to enjoy an evening.

Endroit sympathique pour d&eacute;couvrir vin et fromage!M&ecirc;me avec le dessert on marie un bon vin ! Je reviendrai !
